National Stationery Week 2017*

National Stationery Week 2017*

In case you hadn’t realised I really love stationery and National Stationery Week coming around again means that I can indulge in my love even more. The team at Phoenix Trading were kind enough to send me some stationery to help me promote national stationery week and it’s all so cute I’m not sure I can use it.

I seem to have an issue with keeping addresses handy. Yes, I know I have an iPhone which can do the job for me, but there’s something I love about putting pen to paper and having a physical list which I can update when I need to. This typewriter little note notelets* (£10) is the right size to sit on my desk and look pretty but also not so small that I’d lose it – which would happen if I leave something lying around for too long.

The matching notebook is also the perfect size for carrying around in my handbag for when those moments of blog post related inspiration to strike. I also take all these moments when they come so sometimes this means I’m frantically writing notes while I’m waiting for a bus. I may end up looking like an idiot but when blog posts start to form in my head, there is nothing I can do but make notes before I forget the whole thing.

It’s also my birthday on Saturday which means that I will (hopefully) need to send thank you letters and these packs of notelets will be used for that very purpose. They’re the perfect size for sending thank you notes – the cupcake notelets* (£4.50) especially. I also love sending little notes to friends, for just because type reasons, so the typewriter little note notelets* (£4.50) will be well used for this purpose.

What are your feelings on National Stationery Week?
