I’ve been receiving the My Little Box for a while but kept forgetting to post reviews. The main reason I’m posting this one is the theme was one of my favourites to date, but the contents of the box left me a little underwhelmed.
Nail Polish – Loved by Sarah Lavoine – £6.50
I absolutely adore the colour of this nail polish. While it may be a touch on the bright side for my hands, it’s the perfect colour for summery toes.
Sea Salt Scrub – My Little Beauty – £8.50 for 75ml
I love a good exfoliation every so often except I have a shellfish allergy and on one trip to a spa was informed that there can sometimes be shell in the scrub as well as the salt. This has made me quite wary, but I will give this a try and see how I get on with it.
Kerastase Taming Milk – Full-Size RRP £19.50
As someone with thick hair and a hell of a lot of it, I am genuinely excited to give this product a try. I’m always on the hunt for products to tame my annoying frizzy hair and hopefully this will do the job. If not I’ll be off on the hunt again.
Sunglasses – Sarah Lavoine for My Little Box – £18
While they are pretty the sunglasses aren’t really appropriate for me as I need prescription lenses but these would be ok for lazing on the balcony whilst on holiday.
2 Fabric Planters – £6.50
I was a bit disappointed by these if I’m honest. I don’t have green fingers and the idea of me planting anything made my husband laugh (very loud). However, I do think they’ll come in handy for holding my cotton pads and as other storage by my bed.
Overall I wasn’t as excited by the contents of this box as I have been by others but I’ll still try all the items in the box.
