If you’re a regular reader of the blog you may have noticed that I quite like doing tags and this time is no exception.
Someone was quite shocked when I told them I liked Disney films and I honestly have no idea why. I’ve been brought up on them and the first film I went to see in the cinema was Lady and the Tramp.
The full tag is actually 45 questions long so I’ve stuck with the ones both Hayley and Amanda-Jaied have answered so far.
Who is your favourite Disney princess?
This is quite an easy one for me to answer. It would definitely be Belle from Beauty and the Beast. I like the fact that she is independent and likes to read too.
Top 3 Disney Movies?
In no particular order, my top 3 favourite Disney movies are Hercules (I love Ancient Greek history), Tangled and the third is based on my current mood and what I’ve been watching recently so that answer would be Mulan.
Your favourite Disney Song?
My favourite Disney song is a hard one as there are so many to choose from. The song that I feel is most underrated and has become my favourite recently is When Will My Life Begin? from Tangled and if you happen to have no idea what I’m talking about the video clip is below.

If you could be any princess which would you be?
My friends will already know the answer to this but it would definitely be Belle. Not just for the library although that is a consideration, it’s because she doesn’t care what others think about her and I wish I could say the same.
Your favourite dress/outfit?
I’m quite fond of the brown dress Aurora wears when she lives with the fairies as Briar Rose in Sleeping Beauty. I also love Rapunzel’s purple dress in Tangled.
The saddest Disney moment?
The death of Mufasa does me in every time I watch the Lion King.
The Disney movie you secretly hate?
This is potentially going to annoy a fair few people but I really can’t stand Wall-E. I think it’s the lack of dialogue I have issues with.
Which princess do you feel saddest for?
This is a really hard question to answer as I feel sorry for all of them but the main one would be Cinderella at the start of the movie, simply for the way she is treated.
Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck?
Can I please cheat slightly and say Minnie?? I think she’s really cute and puts up with a lot from Mickey and the others.
Would you have a Disney themed wedding?
Other than the fact I’m already married, the answer would be a definitive no. Somehow I don’t like theme weddings and I have no idea why. I think because you’ll look back at photos one day and have a realisation of “what as I thinking?”
Favourite Disney scene?
I do have a lot of favourites but the main one is the montage of Hercules going from a skinny kid to an adult (all in the duration of a song I might add).
A Disney villain you secretly like?
Jafar!! Purely for the comedic timing and his comments. They always give me a giggle. Iago could also be an answer here too as he is really funny.
Who is your Disney man crush?
I might get in trouble if I actually answer this one. I’m going to pretend that I was too young/naive to have a crush on any of them.
Favourite Disney sidekick?
I love Pegasus, as they’ve managed to make him really expressive.
Favourite underrated Disney movie?
Lilo and Stitch (all of them). I can’t understand why people don’t like them. Stitch is cute and the movies in true Disney style always end well but with comedy throughout.
