Anyone that knows me knows that I feel the cold more than most (blame the HRT). This was so evident when my husband bought me a new winter coat for Christmas! Now that I have one that I love I’m on the hunt for more and when I was contacted about this Gamma all-season travel jacket I have to say I was intrigued.

I can barely walk past the blankets in a supermarket or a home section without trying to buy them all and it’s just as hard with good quality outerwear. As I said above the main reason for this is medication related but even before then I ran colder than the average person and would always have a blanket when I was sitting watching TV or reading a book. This means that seeing a heated jacket the absolute dream for me and the rest of this post is dedicated to me sharing why it’s a jacket that you need to pay more attention to.
What’s so special about the Gamma heated jacket?
The main answer for me is that the jacket is heated but I know you’re going to want to know more than that. The heating in the jacket comes from a connectable power bank which may add a bit of extra weight so that’s a consideration you need to make if you don’t like your jackets to be too heavy.
The other thing that drew me to this jacket are the 10 smart pockets that the jacket comes with. All women know that clothing with pockets make us go weak at the knees and this jacket does just that. There are outer pockets, inner pockets and even a sleeve pocket which has been designed to hold a travel card and make a little easier to access.
I also love the fact that jacket is all-weather and can be worn in summer as the fabric is designed to keep you cool. It’s an all-season jacket for a reason and the graphene is specifically designed so you don’t need to wear any extra layers in winter and you can still use this jacket come summer.
This jacket is also damage proof and so good if you go on walks with brambles and other spiky vegetation. I managed to get a hole in my work soft shell walking past some particularly vicious brambles on our drive and if I’d had this jacket it would have saved me from doing some very dodgy sewing to patch the hole.
