Becoming Body Beautiful with ARK Skincare*

If you’ve read any of my beauty or skincare posts before then you will know that I am a lover of ARK Skincare. They are one of the few brands where I know my skin will love what I’m using. They’re not only suitable for sensitive skin but vegan too! This post contains some of the prosucts from their Body Beautiful range which has been created with natural ingredients for healthy skin.

This post contains PR samples but all views and opinions are my own.

The first product I tried was the intensive hand and nail cream* (£20) and it was love at first use. Until now I was devoted to my L’Occitane cherry blossom hand cream but for a while, I felt it wasn’t quite doing what I needed it to. This one by ARK has been saving my hands from the increased amount of hand sanitiser I’ve been using. I’d been using it a lot at work anyway but it’s now a lot more. This hand cream has been a saviour for me, although the one downside is the design of the cap, which opens a fraction then clicks closed. Once I’m further through the tube I find it harder to get out and when I do manage it, I have been known to get hand cream on my head from where it’s closed. Don’t let my misgivings put you off, it really is a great hand cream.

During a zoom with the brand we also did a relaxing hand massage using the Conditioning Body Serum* (£35) and this was great for my hands as I have lots of issues with my joints. It’s also been serving a double purpose as a cuticle oil as it’s one of the few oils which doesn’t have any citrus in it.

I was also sent the Vitality Hand and Body Wash* (£28) to try as for the past year my eczema on my legs has been out of control. This is one of the few shower gels/washes I’ve tried that doesn’t dry my skin out straight after my shower. Before using this I’d been trying every eczema cream or shower gel that I could get my hands on but they just weren’t doing the job. I know it’s stress-related as it started around mid-March 2020 but finding something that helps me be less itchy is a godsend. If you’re using this in the shower or as a handwash you really don’t need very much as it’s super foaming but leaves you feeling clean. After drying my hands thoroughly I then follow up with the hand and nail cream and my hands feel great.

Basically, I love the whole Body Beautiful range and will be using them going forward. I do have a stash of other hand creams and shower gels to use up but then I’ll be switching my routine to solely ARK Skincare.

Have you tried ARK Skincare before or are you going to?
